C-Note-06-010: Windows WI-FI Vulnerability (01/18/2006)
A vulnerability in Windows XP and 2000 was disclosed at a hacker conference recently. It stems from a Window feature that automatically searches for WI-FI connections when booting up. Firewalled Windows installations as well as Windows XP SP2 are unaffected.
